“Staying vulnerable is a risk we all have to take if we want to experience connection.”

  • The world and our lives are moving faster than ever. We all need help and support.

You have seen all the "life hacks" and tried all the coping skills. These stand-alone strategies don't work because they are not held within the fabric of a meaningful and safe relationship. Individual therapy offers a relational space to be seen, empowered, and supported as you navigate the changing tide of your life.

Whatever draws you toward seeking support, therapy provides a path to develop healthier ways of relating to yourself, others, and the challenges you face.

  • Emotions are a needed and powerful element in relationships. Conflict, on the other hand, can often feel like a tornado ripping apart the whole neighborhood.

Utilizing the evidence-based practice of Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), I support couples in using conflict as a stepping stone toward a more profound connection.

Our work will focus on supporting you and your partner to unite against the cycles that “take you down.” We approach this through emotional expression, empathic engagement, and identifying unmet needs within the relationship. Through this process, you and your partner will learn to find solutions to problems from a place of connection, safety, and vulnerability.

  • The opportunity to explore the intersection of one's ability to connect with themselves and others is, at best, rare. These occasions are even more uncommon among men.

Amidst a lonely and isolating world, Men's Groups seek to offer a new space for the age-old question, “Where do I find meaning and connection?” Men's groups are for men seeking to improve their connection to themselves and their relationships with others. Groups are 8 to 12 weeks long and are comprised of 8 to 10 participants at a time.
